“Barbara was super friendly and welcoming! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience!”

“The property was absolutely beautiful. The hike down to the river is steep but definitely passable as long as you're of average agility. The driveway is also steep and I would recommend an AWD/4WD SUV but we had no issues. The host was responsive and the listing is as described and spotless and nicely appointed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful getaway into nature.”

“Overall it was a good stay”

“To start, I want to say that the house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and cozying up by the living room fireplace. The bedrooms are a perfect size, and all of the beds, linens, and towels were comfortable and clean. When we arrived, however, the kitchen and hallway bathroom had a significant number of ants and ladybugs. We spent a good portion of our first day spraying, setting traps, and cleaning in order to make the space……

“The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. I’d stay again!”

“Nice and clean”

“Great visit! The house is perfectly outfitted for a relaxing vacation. Super clean and updated. Really enjoyed the warm waters of Crescent Lake!”

“Great location for a getaway. We stayed longer as we were in the middle of a move. Brett was amazing - very accomodating and quick to support / help as we relocated. Great access to all Sunapee and the region has to offer. Great stay!!”

“This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. We'd rented the cabin to go to a wedding and weekend events. Checked out an hour before checkout time to get to the event--unshowered-- and called the host, who didn't pick up. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem……

“We had a wonderful time at the lake. The house was perfect for our family as we were all able to gather together and then retreat to our own sleeping spaces. The check in process was easy and communication was great. We also got a chance to try paddle boarding! Will definitely be returning.”
