"The hotel lobby and room size was great. Hall ways had a lot of stains on the rug. Doesn't look like it was vacuumed in a week. The pool area was in really dirty. Empty cans and plastic cups laying around and under furniture. Doesn't look like anyone was out there to straighten up the pool area in awhile. The pool deck was filthy too. Lots of stains that hadn't been cleaned up. Great location, this could be a really nice place if some cleaning details were addressed."

"The hotel staff and their administration were wonderful. This is my third stay there and I will continue to stay there every time I visit the Palm Springs area. We have elderly people in our group and they have always been accommodating supporting and caring. Gema in administration is just amazing. I will continue as I said to be a loyal member just because of hotels like this. "
