“Although the public onsen pool is out of service at the time we visit, it is still a lovely place to relax! Very good service and environment, also the in-room private onsen is really enjoyable! The dinner and breakfast is delicious and exquisite! Overall a really good place to stay!”

“東橫 INN作為連鎖酒店品牌一向有口碑，這一家小田原站東橫 INN離小田原站很近，而斜對面就是MINAKA小田原，是幢複合性商業設施，吃、買也不愁，再者，小田原站本身就已經有一個小商場，設超市、餐廳及其他商店。我們選的是雙床房，比預期大，擺放物品空間足，早餐是自助形式，選擇豐富，偏向日式，而且，方便趕早車的客人，提供外帶盒，可以自助取一大份「早餐便當」。個人而言，如果不一定要住溫泉旅館，住在小田原感覺更方便，因為在箱根裡面，很多店舖也很早關門。”

“酒店環境真的很美麗,四周都很寧靜，有很多樹木包圍. 酒店很注重客人的私隱度，很多座位都設計到看不到隔籬枱的人. 早餐及晚餐都很美味，而且份量很大。”

“Very discreet and very quiet hotel (only 15 rooms). Room was big (good enough for three tatami with room to spare), has a small terrace with our own hot spring bath. It was a very relaxing experience soaking in the hot bath during the morning while enjoying the green mountain scenery. Location is a bit out of the way and up on a winding slope, but who cares, I didn’t feel the need to go out when I was there. ”

“It's small and a little aged but right in the center of hiratsuka and walking distance to a lot of things. Perfect for someone coming for the tanabata like me. Fair warning, ever bed in Japan I've been on so far (4) is hard as a rock.”
