"Stay was great. Haleigh (I believe thats the spelling) was fantastic. She was courteous, helpful, and extremely professional. Just be prepared to not sleep as the train comes by every hour all night long and since there is a crossing right by hotel, it sounds constantly! But the hotel itself and the employees are fantastic."

"This hotel was better than most hotels on hotels com in this particular price range. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. One person in our party had an issue when checking in; this employee (I wish I had her name) took care of the problem easily and with a friendly attitude. The room & hotel in general was very clean. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home. Every staff person we encountered (house keeping, breakfast person, etc) was very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate us. I highly recommend this Best Western of Littlefield 10/10 if you're in the area. We were there for a Texas Tech graduation. "
