"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We traveled from the US and there were some language challenges we had to work through. The rooms were comfortable, but the shower and restrooms are dated. The balcony and pool area chairs are not very comfortable for long stretches of time. The pool deck is a great location with a view of downtown. You are minutes from the Mercado, beaches and restaurants. The street is very quiet in the evenings. The hotel restaurant and bar were closed and that was not updated on the website. "
