「The staff were all very nice, from the beginning till the end. We booked a two bedrooms room, one room was slightly bigger with a bathroom inside and a nicer view, one’s bathroom was outside and the window view was inward. The kitchen and living room space were both great and fully equipped. If you need to change towels or cleaning, you can arrange the service a day earlier. Tram, bus, and metro station were all close. I will definitely choose here again when I visit Amsterdam next time. 」

「Falsches Appartement bekommen,nicht das was ich gebucht hatte,ganz wichtig für uns war der Balkon, der aber leider nicht vorhanden war Aber der absolute Hammer war,das wir 1Tag früher abreisen mussten,weil der Vermieter das Appartement doppelt vermietet hatte,wir wurden aus Amsterdam zurück geordert,das wir das appartement sofort zu räumen hätten,weil die neuen Gäste schon vor der Tür standen,Zug tickets ,Grachtenfahrt und Madame Tussauds Eintrittskarten auch umsonst gekauft Der Vermieter kam...

「雖然開頭係hotel.com，揾酒店揾係阿姆斯特丹的酒店，揾左呢間出來，個價錢係比其他平好多，但原來呢個酒店唔係阿姆斯特丹內，所有阿姆斯特丹的交通劵都用唔到，要另外買火車票，而且車程要半小時，所以要去阿姆斯特丹市區玩的朋友要注意。但適合去渡個假，感受下陽光同海灘。仲有，個價錢係唔包稅？我地check out 個陣，個屋主向我地收左10歐稅。」

「Die Wohnung war sehr schön, das Treppenhaus allerdings sehr eng! Die Lage sehr ruhig und trotzdem stadtnah! Bahnhof auch nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, von wo aus man mit pünktlichen Zügen in ca 15 Minuten in Harlem und gut 30 Minuten in Amsterdam ist. Das war perfekt. Die Vermieterin super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Leider bin ich ein Frostköddel , sodass ich bei den 21 Grad hauptsächlich im Bad oft gefroren habe! Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung!」

「This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. 「A gorgeous old former warehouse from the 17th century, restored reverently, in a historic and vibrant neighborhood. " 【阿姆斯特丹住宿真心話：帶媽媽入住的真實觀察】這次帶媽媽來阿姆斯特丹，為了省點長途旅費，選了這家設計感很強的飯店。住完後有些「真心話」想給帶長輩或大行李的朋友參考： ● 先說我很在意的點（入住前要考量自身的需求）： * 交通是場體力活：從中央車站搭船過來很快（5分鐘），但下船後的路才是挑戰。一般人走可能 8 -10分鐘，但我一個人拖著自己和媽媽的兩個大行李，足足走了快 15 分鐘。雖然有捷運，但最近的站也要走 7 分鐘，而且捷運費超貴（搭一站台幣近百元），算下來走路省錢但真的是體力活。 * 不是青旅：這裡沒有廚房、沒有冰箱，想自己煮麵或冰東西都沒辦法的 * 喝熱水很不方便：房內沒水壺，想喝熱水得跑去櫃檯要，對習慣喝溫水的長輩可能不太方便。 * 衛浴衛生考驗：我們住的是超大共用空間（約 40-50 人男女共用厠所及浴室，剛開始不太習慣，但後來就習慣了），雖然早上打掃很乾淨，但到了傍晚使用量大，洗手台常有頭髮、大家的衛生習慣不同，馬桶有些紙張鋪在坐墊上，甚至阻塞。 * 寄行李要額外收費：寄放行李收費不便宜（24小時約 € 8。 ● 值得稱讚的優點： * 店員超級和善：這點大加分！我有寫信告知媽媽年紀大，需要安排下鋪，還讓兩點到的我們先進房。 * 床鋪很紮實：木頭隔層非常結實，雖然同房人多，但睡起來很穩、沒什麼噪音，床墊、棉被非常乾淨。 * 環境佈置很有巧思：公共空間佈置得非常優美，待在裡面聊天或吃早餐真的很享受。總結：適合行李輕便、體力好、不打算在飯店開伙的旅人。如果你帶長輩又拖大行李，這段路真的會讓你很有感，訂房前要評估一下體力喔！ Summary (EN): The hotel is artistically stunning and the staff is incredibly kind (helped my elderly mom with a lower bunk!). However, the walk from the ferry is a struggle—it’s about 8 mins for light travelers, but took me 15 mins dragging two heavy suitcases. NO kitchen, NO fridge, NO kettle (must get hot water from the bar). Shared bathrooms for 40-50 people get messy by evening. Best for backpackers with light luggage! "
