“The hotel was beautiful. Both my wife and I loved the mix of modern materials and technology with the ambience of what existed as a manufacturing plant years ago. In the rooms, brick walls, exposed beams, and pipes added contrast to the clean windows and painted sheetrock walls. Pictures reminded us of the history of the building. We had a river view from our room in the part of the hotel that was away from the river and the view was wonderful. You could see both the river coming from the north……

“I was informed that my room had been canceled after I drove all night from Dallas to Columbus, Georgia. I was trying to call and let the hotel know that I was going to be checking in late because I left after work and was stuck in traffic for hours leaving Texas. There was no way to contact them and I was informed that if I booked through the website to send a message, I sent a message and did not get a reply. I was exhausted and had nowhere to go when I got there at 6 o’clock in the morning.……

“My room was in the walkway above the lobby- I could hear the phone ring all night long. My door looked like a crowbar had been used to open it, it did not make me feel secure.”

“Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”
