“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“Lucca and Lulu went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. Lucca offered to give us a ride to the airport at the last minute when we asked for help since we cannot book an Uber. We arrived at the train station just in time to catch our train to Malpensa airport. Excellent customer service. ”

“第二次路过入住了，除了房间小点以外没有任何缺点，首先，前台服务极其热情，知道我第二天早起不能吃早餐，特意预备了take away有水果、矿泉水、两个汉堡还有一个巧克力棒。知道我没有买到去意大利的火车票特地帮我申请了可以到边境小城的全州免费公交票。那个票其实真的可以很好用的，只可惜我没时间用。 酒吧是二十四小时服务，不小心打碎了酒杯也没有要我赔偿，真的挺不好意思的。后面还有花园和游泳池，可惜没时间享受。 离火车站仅仅三五分钟步行时间。 如果非要说缺点的话就是进市区要下山，毕竟火车站在山上，酒店挨着火车站，而住市区依山而建临着湖。不过火车站有缆车可以直通市中心，下山回来半路上才发现的，可惜没有体验到。”

“I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.”

“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a……

“Excellent stay. Gorgeous property, service is world class. Made our entire stay - highly recommend. I looked at several other luxury hotels in Lugano and so glad I chose this one. The view is truly unbelievable. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was amazing, we didn’t even want to leave the room. The fine dining restaurant was tremendous, best meal we had during our stay. 5 stars ”
