"I have stayed here several times in the past 15 years. I love it there; but the hotel is showing signs of needing repairs. The column on the floor we stayed on was "peeling" and the carpet in the room was "buckling" "

"They were in the middle of renovations BUT......I explained I was having breathing issues and needed as close as possible. They booked me in a room in another building with the room at the END of a LONG hallway. No offer of help of any kind. Thankfully, a young man that actually worked there found me about to collapse on the way to my room and helped me get there safely."

"Everything worked. The room was quiet and clean and well decorated. Both the evening and morning receptionists were friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very good."

"Disliked having to have card reentered to get to elevators while holding hot delivered food..why not have all cards good togo as long as visitor is compliant....please put directions on shower faucet it could turn scalding within seconds, not the time you want to be adjusting the temperature...ice machine out of order on 2 floor.. Ms Amber front end manager went up and beyond to help with room changes initiated by Ms Natalie..they both were exlemperry employees and acknowledging them is mandatory,,too often people complain and write but this staff corrected every single situation presented... BRAVO "

"Nice and friendly staff, room comfortable though an older hotel. Accommodating for an hour late check out so you can grab lunch before getting back on the road. Room had sufficient amount of towels for your stay. Plenty of food options and shopping within a 10m drive "
