“The property was nothing like the pictures.When I checked in they made me pay additional hundred dollar deposit on top of my already paid for room nights. Very deceiving. The room they tried to give me was on the third floor and had a winding staircase very steep and no elevator. I have a heart condition. They stuck me on the second floor in a room that had rats. ““Overall, we had a good stay and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Edinburgh.
