「It smelled a little odd when I first got there but that went away after I turned on the A/C. The apartment appeared very clean, however. As of 4/8, the mattress has two massive, body-shaped divots that you migrate into no matter what; the couch is hard, lumpy, ripped and stained. TV works well, A/C works well and there is a nice stock of soaps, towels and linens. I didn’t use the fridge or freezer but they appeared functional. The bikes each had a low tire and no pump is available in-unit. 」

「The apartment we were originally sent to was already occupied, delaying us getting into a unit for over 21/2 hrs. The fitness center bathrooms were vandalized with human waste throughout, causing the gym to stink. As far as we know it was never cleaned up. We stopped going after 2 days. Thursday and Friday were without air conditioning. Maintenance came once but never fixed it. We were ignored for over 12 hours before the mgr responded a second time.
