Check in from 4 but door locked. It was a little frustrating as I’d been working all day but wasn’t waiting too long. One issue that people with mobility issues should be aware of is that they have rooms up 2/3flights of stairs in a spiral configuration (although carpeted), and they should ensure when booking that they are not allocated these 3/4 rooms.
