「The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating.」

「The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap」

「Beds and pillows were hard and the parking is across the street but not bad walk. Make sure you check the room you booked after booking to make sure it's correct. The slide was out but the staff was very friendly」

「For a budget hotel right on the beach, Tropical Sea hotel was a good stay for 2 nights. The room itself was tidy. Beds were a little firm but slept well enough and had clean sheets with no signs of bugs. It has two pools and a hot tub, all of which were functional and clean during our stay. And it was quiet, the sound proofing in our room, a partial view, was quite good. If I had to leave a criticism, it would be that the elevator can be very slow at times, but it always came around eventually....
