「Particles from the ceiling was flaking off in the floor. Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen small ones. Tub was clogged and it was a disgusting mess when you showered. Very hard to open the sliding door. You have to turn the ac off in the bedroom because it blows directly on the bed. There was a huge piece of the front door jam with part of a lock on it laying on the floor and my mother tripped over it soon as she walked in. So her entire trip was ruined because she hurt her knee. Very...

「The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing on check in. We required 3 beds for sleeping. The sofa bed mattress cover was soiled with 2 foul smelling urine stains which appear to have mold growth and were still wet. Initially housekeeping services were offered the next morning. After insisting cleaning services were provided that evening 2 people arrived at approximately 1030 pm. We were requesting a replacement mattress which was not available. We washed the mattress ourselves and the...

「The room was very clean could be updated a little the entrance to the building needs some work pool area was nice easy access to beach. Watermain break in the building on our last day there we checked out late afternoon because they couldn’t tell us when the water would be turned back on other than that or stay was very good. Host should have given us an update on the water problem. Convenient to restaurants.」

7. High Floor Direct Oceanfront with Heated Pools

「Communication from the host was good up until check in. I arrived at the property a little after check in I was supposed to get the code to the door at 4 pm it never came. I tried contacting the host multiple times by phone and text. Had to wind up calling VRBO to where they tried to contact the host and they got no communication as well. Vrbo said the next step was to cancel the reservation. At this point we were about to be left with trying to find a room available at the last minute. Right...

「Location was excellent. Property good for the value, stocked with minimal necessities, room was nice for the area but property common grounds were average. Communication with the property management was subpar. They were quick with their response but not helpful resolving issues. Bed was comfortable but couch was hard. Pull out mattress was stained and no linings were provided for it. I was told they were in the closet but only pillows and a wadded, scratchy blanket were there. No pillowcases or...
