“The doors never functioned properly at any time during our stay. Every time we left the room, we had to wait for someone to open the door for us.
In addition to the door issues and the heat, there were dehumidifiers placed throughout the lobby due to high humidity caused by a broken sprinkler line, according to the staff. We requested that our room be cleaned on three separate occasions, and it was never done.
The service was terrible. The only employee who provided proper attention was……

“The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. This hotel is old and smell old. Our room said pool views and it was not plus it smelled awful. The front staff said they saw pool view on our reservation so they moved us down a floor still same view. Breakfast was described as on of the best in the area, it was actually the worse breakfast. The remote did not work for the tv, despite all of that, every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and helpful.”

“It's a great spot and the room itself is perfectly fine. It's the hallways, and elevator that needs some tlc. The elevator is an absolute hotbox too. But overall, I'd stay again because the price was good.”

“We loved our stay! My daughter and I stayed for a week and have no complaints. The views of the Beach and Ocean were amazing. Lots of pillows on the bed. Loved the quick access to the beach especially for sunrise pictures and walks in the morning. The fridge was large enough to hold all our things. Lots of restaurants close by made it easy to walk to dinner. Staff was always friendly. There were games in the lobby we could play. I would recommend 100%”
