Located in Naples Reserve,a gated community with awesome amenities. Spending days sitting pool side, lunch in the cafe ( outstanding food). Live music on weekends at The tiki bar. Doesn’t get any better. Villa was spacious, comfortable, lanai with a Great Lake view. Justina(owner) was great to work with & was quick to respond to any questions we had. Wished we had booked February also....our stay was above & beyond what we had hoped for...Thank you Justina!!!!

The property is immaculate, the house itself is exactly as shown no hidden surprises and spotless. Justina the owner was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be returning guests.

We loved our stay at this unit. The location was great. A beautiful view from the lanai . The clubhouse facilities were nice small beach area nice tiki bar and café. But beware an application must be filled out two weeks prior to your arrival to approve your occupancy so that you can get a key fob to enter the clubhouse area. The owner was responsive to all questions and concerns we had .

The villa was very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished. The location was very convenient, easy to find. Easy access to stores and restaurants. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the neighbors were very friendly. My husband and I visit South Naples every January and this villa was definitely one of the nicer rentals. The pool was absolutely beautiful along with the other amenities. Can't say enough about Naples Reserve, peaceful and well maintained.
