“This house is located beautifully and has everything you need to relax. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have closets to organize your luggage and both bathrooms are spacious. Everything is nice and clean in the house and there is enough room to move around with 5 adults.The area is gorgeous. Even from your bedroom window you have an amazing view over the property, which was an idyllic and almost surreal experience. There are lots of great things to do in the area and Beatrice will have……

“Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful”

“Wir waren super zufrieden in dem Haus von Kate. Das Haus ist richtig schön eingerichtet, war sehr sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten ein kleines Heizung-„Problem“ und Kate hat sich sofort gemeldet und sich direkt gekümmert. Wir sind super happy mit allem und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!”

“i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. “Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa magnifica residenza insieme a 10 amici. Il proprietario è stato da subito molto disponibile e veloce nelle comunicazioni. La posizione è pazzesca in cima alla valle dei calanchi con Civita di Bagnoregio proprio difronte. La strada per arrivare è un po’ scomoda ma vale la pena per la tranquillità che ti assicura, lontano da strade, case o negozi. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari in estate per provare la splendida piscina ”
