“It is a very special place to stay. Very quite and safe. Also, Brian was great about solving any problems that came up during our stay. You do need a car while staying there, though.”

“This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Nice kitchen and great backyard. The fence securely contained our 12# pup. Easy walk to the market and coffee shops of Gearheart. We stayed a week to explore the northern coast. We hope to come back next year. ”

“Front door on the promenade, where we could watch people walk past, sitting by the gas fire "table" ...with front door access for our dog, when duty called. Gated front yard too. Easy 5 min. walk to turn about, a little further to aquarium, and back to Broadway for kids fun time and shopping. Did not pay attention to "vintage" description of house but it was the cutest ol' house in between the taller rental structures. Felt special in this 1904 cottage compared to the more modern high rises.”

“Perfect 2 bedroom with sleeper sofa. My husband and 2 kids (11/13) stayed here. We like the proximity to everything and super close to the boardwalk/promenade start.It has a washer/dryer which is nice (we didn’t use it but definitely a perk if you need it. The inside is so charming. The only thing that would make it out of this world would be a hot tub. But as is, it’s amazing.”

“We were on a family trip with three children. We stayed in the serendipity cottage. The children really appreciated the games that were available. The entire cottage was beautifully decorated very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and gadgets you need. Two bathrooms is a lifesaver with a family! The location is so nice! It's close to everything and not right in the middle of all the business. We receive multiple communications from the owners checking in on this and……
