Convenient location. Post office hub next door had some racket early in the morning, but not too bad. Overall pretty great place.

Great little apartment.. Private and unique. Quiet but able to walk to lower broadway. Scooters avaialble right outside as well. Clean. Love the easy check in process. Only minor complaint is that I had to carry my luggage up the small flight of stairs. ALso, the living room rug could use a freshen up- it was kind of old looking. Bed was great, kitchen perfect. Central air worked good. Very clean.

The beds were very low to the ground which made it hard to get in and out of. The bed also wasn’t comfortable. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything your neighbors did. Lack of windows makes the space dark. There was also no shower door. There’s about seven spots for the entire complex making parking difficult. The space was clean upon arrival.

Challenging to get in, They charge extra for early check in ($20hr) and the code didn’t work so had to work with customer service to find the place smelling like cigarette smoke overall the place is fine but seems highly rated for what it is.

Pros: great location. Nice rooms. Very walkable to areas of nashville. Priced well for everything you got. Great kitchen area. Cons: towels weren't clean, makeup marks. Parking is limited so if fully booked you would be unsure if you get one.

Worth every penny !!!
The place was secure and safe. At first its didn’t seem like it but it is safe overall. Not far from downtown Nashville….about 10 mins away. The beds were super comfortable including the sofa bed. I would recommend this place !!!! The kitchen was lovely I was able to cook and prepare coffee.

-Cancelled our room originally booked at another Sonder property the before -No shower door -Stale smell -Very dated -Settled/sloped floor -Only had 1 wash cloth and had to have more delivered -1 tv. No antenna for local stations or cable. Have to subscribe to Chromecast to stream from your own phone and only could use Netflix and Youtube -Have to pay $35/day to park in a parking spot and not in the street. Original booking included private parking -Can hear neighbors in their room very clearly from the bedroom -Ants inside the unit

The room was beautifully appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Reaching out for help via the chat feature in the app worked well -- very quick response. Accessing the property was easy as well. My only concerns were that 1. I wasn't 100% sure about parking. Turned out fine -- but I was nervous because there was no signage. 2. Someone was blowing leaves in the courtyard right outside the window on the property before 8 a.m. I'm sure I'm not the only person who was awakened much earlier than expected because it was extremely loud. I hope the company that performs this work will be instructed not to begin any work during posted quiet hours.

Pros: Very private, very quiet, easy access to building and room. Easy communication with staff and very responsive. Able to change rooms when an issue arose. Cons: Room leaked very bad during rainfall, sink in new unit restroom was loose. Overall good location and always a good time in Nashville. Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

1mi to downtown, 1mi to Capitol, 1mi to Parthenon. Stayed in 1 bedroom, was perfect. Fully fitted kitchen. Double head shower. Comfy bed and bedding. Nice courtyard. Will stay again.

Great price and location 17 blocks from main downtown fourth and Broadway strip. Free parking and easy access electronically to the gate and main door. Very nicely appointed and clean.
