Amazing place to stay, so much room and so close to broadway. Host was very good about communicating, and was able to accommodate 16 of us very last minute. One of the key pads was hit or miss, but apart from that we had zero problems.

The units were clean & spacious! Perfect for our large group. We had an issue with one keypad & they responded quickly & were super friendly & helpful with getting it corrected!
