Beautiful home but we ran into some problems….

The fact that the kitchen sink didn’t properly work was a major irritation, especially with it being the Thanksgiving holiday. We bought a few bottles of drano, plunged it and just when we thought we had fixed it…everything that was clogged in the sink transferred over to what was in the dishwasher…which was FULL . Dirty: - Dust & spider webs on all light fixtures - Dirt found on wipes when wiping down furniture - hair found in netta’s sheets - bedding with stains - Wad of gum on nightstand in downstairs bedroom Downstairs door to outside doesn’t fully lock (handle lock broken) Floors hadn’t been dusted or mopped downstairs. Towels laid on the floor were dirty on the side touching the ground. So I cleaned the bathroom floor with the Lysol wipes and… eww. But aside from all of that…we were able to have a great time with our family.

Fantastic Stay

We were a group of 7. The house was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy, 4 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Located in a great neighborhood and walking distance to some shops and restaurants.

Belmont University Move-in Weekend

The house was perfect size for our family of 8 who came to help support and move our daughter into college. I was a bit disappointed on check in day that I could not talk to a person through the app, it appeared that all responses to my questions were all auto generated through a virtual assistant of sorts. We arrived at 2:00PM after driving 10 1/2 hours to get there and wanted to see if we could put some stuff inside so we could go get lunch, but an auto generator simply sent a link with some food suggestions. It was a process to get an answer. Ultimately we were not permitted to put anything inside until 4PM, yet last night, prior to checking out today I got an auto generated message asking me to be sure to let them know if we planned to leave earlier than the required check out time. The house was as advertised...plenty of beds available and it was very clean. The main master bedroom's bed was very uncomfortable, extremely hard...but all other beds were comfortable. The house doesn't have great insulation so on the bottom floor you could hear when people on the third floor were talking or even showering. For us it wasn't a huge deal because we all get up around the same time, it might be difficult if there are people on different schedules. The location is great, just a few minutes by car from downtown, a few minutes from 12 South and other areas of interest.

Big group

We came in with 10 people, the communication was great, property was great, parking is slim, neighborhood is quiet. Bring more towels. AC worked great. Property was clean. Bring coffee etc, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags (wasn’t stocked very well). Overall We all are going to stay with this property for our yearly trips!
