Beautiful place

This place looked exactly like it did in the photos. It was very clean and easy to get in to. It was in a great part of town very close to Broadway. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. Plus the covered parking was great and made it one less thing to worry about it.

Great Communication

Place was good for a quick trip. I’d have to say the property manager was quick to response. The outside balcony had a cute selfie area but the balcony itself was dirty. Would have been nice to have maybe it swept and cobwebs and bugs cleaned. Looked like it hasn’t been touched in awhile. Otherwise it was good.

Location is great. Right now the whole area seems to be under construction, but it is walking distance to almost everything, view of the river was also great. The condo is perfect for 2 and would still be good for 3 people. Free covered parking is a big plus.

Perfect spot in Nashville!

This was the perfect location for a trip to Nashville with my Husband. Just the right amount of space, close to downtown but far enough away that it was quiet. The river was nice and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Nashville

My spouse and I had a great time in Nashville! Pool was a great added feature (heated too) About a 7-8 min drive to downtown Broadway (or $8 Uber)

Great Property

We stayed for a long weekend. The property is in a good location. About a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. Bed was comfy, check is was a breeze, overall a nice place. We would definitely stay again.Pros: Nice riverview & porchScenic walk to downtownAmple parking/coveredCons:Footsteps from upstairs neighbors were very loud at times but not constantThe mat in the shower, although prob good for safety, gets mushy and damp, not sure how clean it can be but its easy to just roll back.Ample parking/covered
