ENJOY MUSIC CITY'S FINEST HOME! This elite house is walking distance to hotspots such as Zanies Comedy Club, The Urban Juicer, ML Rose, Hattie B's, and more. This home is stacked with high-end finishes, tons of comfortable beds, city-themed design, and a host of other great amenities!

Whether you're visiting for work or pleasure, this home has exactly what you need! You'll have access to two brand new work stations with curved monitors that offer a place to stay connected either with work or gaming, all in style and with maximum comfort! The home also features a gorgeous double vanity makeup station to get ready for a night out!

The house has two levels with gorgeous, modern finishes, comfortable bedding for groups and families. It has multiple beds ranging from luxury kings to comfy singles, 3 full baths accompanied by 1 half bath, and a laundry area. Each bedroom features high-quality beds and storage for personal items.

The kitchen area features barstool seating parallel to the large island, all new appliances and is fully stocked with ample cooking supplies, dishes, glassware, blender, and coffee maker. The living room is decorated with a contemporary, southern comfort mindset accompanied by a large mounted television. The living area was designed to maximize the space of the open area making the home feel even bigger.

You will have access to the entire home. We will send you the access code by website messenger with the entry instructions. The host is available 24hrs if you have any questions or inquiries. Thanks!

Your host will be available 24hrs a day via the booking site or app. For accountability and documentation reasons, please refrain from calling us or contacting us outside of the booking app, except in case of emergency.

GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Nashville Wedding with friends

Perfect place for three couples to stay in area for a friend's wedding. Close to restaurants. Common area of condo great for viewing pre and post wedding SEC football games. Condo clean,well stocked with very responsive host. Appreciate the host being sensitive to our needs. Highly recommend this place.

College graduation weekend

Stayed here with my husband and two adult children for our sons graduation from Vanderbilt. Great location, not too far from campus. Very spacious and clean. Private garage parking is nice. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Roomy three-level townhouse

The stay at this townhouse was a mixed bag starting with awkward access to the front door. The townhouse is located around 200 feet from the street along the back row of other townhouses in the relatively new complex. Since we had a vehicle we had to drive it to the alley in the back to get to the garage (the only nearby place to park) but had to walk around (more like trekked around) to the front door of the townhouse to get in at the main level. Then we went downstairs to open the garage door from inside the garage. We were given neither the outdoor keypad code nor a remote garage door opener (owner’s preference, according to the property management company’s rep), something we found quite unusual. Once inside, this three-level townhouse was spacious and clean. Anyone with an aversion to climbing stairs should consider a different property. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were ample, and the location was ideal for our stay. Considering the few issues we raised, the management staff handled them well. Would we stay here again? Despite the access issues, yes.
