Only 2.3mi from Broadway in the popular East Nashville area! This condo was intentionally designed to provide a comfortable and memorable experience with easy access to everything Nashville has to offer!
Cleveland Park, Retrograde Coffee, All People Coffee, Redheaded Stranger, Southern Grist, and more are highly rated and located nearby :)
Because you will be located close to downtown with direct access from a main road, please expect city and traffic sounds like sirens and vehicles. We do provide earplugs and fans in case you find them necessary.
**Please be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR to access the 2nd and 3rd floor. The sleeping arrangements are on the 1st and 2nd floors so please do not book if an elevator is a requirement.**
You will have access to the entire condo via a smart lock keypad.
