Wonderful

The only issue we had was the patio door sticking. Ivory came over and fixed it. She was so friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful place in a great location. Titos downstairs was great as well. We would definetly stay here again.

Very Nice!

The property was fantastic. I will definitely stay there again. Everything was perfect except the coffee maker didn't work properly but there is a starbucks near by.

Beautiful new apartment

We were thrilled by the beauty of the new apartment as well as the amenities provided. I never received the unit manual on line as promised, and it would have been helpful to have the information when we moved in. The apartment building was well kept and quiet, and it was a short Uber ride to most places we wanted to visit.

We aren't picky

The stay was overall what we needed. There was some maintenance/quality issues of the unit that we did mention to the management team. They responded right away and asked it we needed it repaired during our stay which we declined, just wanted to mention it so we didn't get charged for damages. There could have been more attention to the details of the unit with the cleanliness, but overall it was fine.

Just ok

We stayed for 4 nights. Upon arrival everything looked wonderful! Nicely decorated etc. But upon closer look, it really needs a good clean. We were only given one towel per quest for 4 nights Asked for additional towels and were told we could just use the washer and dryer. I sent multiple messages about sheets. They were dirty, had hair on them. We did not hear about about the sheets till 2 days later. Parking was very easy. Building access easy. Good location. But overall it needs a good cleaning and let renters know only one towel per guest. Better communication.

Beautiful Apartment but...the noise!

I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment. The place was clean and comfortable. The rooms looked a little bigger on line and there was no TV in the 2nd bedroom, but overall, no complaints about the space. Now here is where things go down hill - the overall property needs someone on site (or at least on call) to moderate noise level. Two of three nights of our stay, we were graciously woken by concerts and clubs going on right above our heads. The agreement you sign clearly asks you to respect quiet hours and that there are to be no parties/events. I understand we are in bacehlor/bachelorette party capital, but not everyone in town is celebrating. And, on top of that, there are permanent residents in the builing. I complained to the management company via text each and every time but nothing really stopped. I was finally told that if it keeps up, to file a report with the Nashville PD. Seriously?! I was very disappointed with the fact that we got no sleep.
