Great Location

It was only a few miles from downtown Nashville, but close the interstate so we could readily get to wherever we wanted to go in that whole region. The bedrooms were on separate floors, each with their own bath: we were all very comfortable. The kitchen and dining and living area were perfect for a relaxing stay with a large family. The rooftop and the other balcony were unique and cool places to hang out. We would stay there again without any hesitation.

Wonderful Spring Break

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Dora Lee. The check in process was good. The AvantStay employees were very quick to respond. When we go there we were unable to get the keypad to work to open the garage. I had to go in through the front door and open the garage from the inside. I contacted them and they tried to help, but we still couldn't get it to work. They said they would have a maintenance person come the next day to check on it, but they never did. We just spent the rest of the time going through the front door and opening from the inside. It really wasn't a big deal. Definitely be ready to climb lots of stairs. There are a lot! The amenities were wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The only thing that was lacking was washcloths, so we just used one from the extra bathroom. We had a wonderful time on the roof. The grill worked great and we really enjoyed sitting around the propane fire table. Everything was clean and tidy. The only part that was unsightly was the alley to the side of the building, where you pull in to the garage. There were garbage bins overflowing and cans and bottles on the ground. Again, not a big deal, just a little unsightly. The location was absolutely perfect. We were only about a 3 minute drive from 12 South where there are great restaurants and shopping. We went down to Broadway for two afternoons, and it was easy to get an Uber and only about a 5 minute drive downtown. Overall we had a fantastic trip and would stay again!
