Great location with everything we needed

We stayed here to allow family to meet up halfway between their homes to have Thanksgiving without needing to drive all the way to someone else's house, and it worked out perfectly. The home was clean and furnished with everything we needed to have a great Thanksgiving, and conveniently location less than a block away from a grocery store to get anything else we needed for making thanksgiving dinner.

Easy to get to the property. Walking distance to grocery store was a great perk. Plenty of room for the group.

Exactly what we needed

We came to town for a guys' golf trip and this place was perfect. Check-in and out were as easy as it gets and the place was in tremendous condition. The location was just a quick Uber ride from downtown and had plenty of space for us. We are already thinking about doing it again next year.

Spacious Clean and Comfy. Walk to many places

Check in was easy. We were given the door code, but from the street you can't see the "name" plaques so including the "unit number" would be helpful. Unit was clean and smelled very nice on our arrival. Beds were very comfy. All beds in the pictures are the same size. Has all the amenities that you will need staying there- no need to bring towels or kitchen items. Fully stocked. Area around the home is "transitional"- the Kroger is a little sketchy with a full time security guard. We had a shoplifter sneak between myself and my daughter to avoid getting caught. About 2 blocks away from the nicer area of Germantown. Easy walk to everything- dog friendly area.

Overall great place

Only issues was description said queen size beds but they were only full size beds. Would be ok for a single person but we all were there with our significant others. Also, the air conditioning upstairs would be set to 70 but by morning it would read 90. Overall, the place was great and we would definitely stay here again.
