Very nice stay

The description was very accurate. Very close to midtown walking distance to verey where we wanted to go. Parking was safe and very a large. Would stay there again definitely. I would also recommend this location to others.

Great location

Great location- able to walk or scooter to Broadway, the Gulch, and the Nissan stadium. The property manager was flexible with our arrival time and quick to answer messages. The house was nice and clean.

Great location, safe and convenient. Very spacious. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Some necessary amenities were lacking (no shower soap/shampoo, no wine opener, no toaster, no dish cloths, insufficient toilet paper) but overall would stay here again for our next visit

Lainey Wilson Concert

We all had an amazing time. House was very nice. Location was easy to access downtown and the concert arena. Had a couple of house issues but the owner was very quick to respond and fix the issues. Definitely would come back and stay at this location again.

Overall a great space! Easy check in/out process. EXCELLENT gated parking area, Extremely clean and welcoming. Great space to relax after being on your feet all day. Quick, safe walk to Lower Broadway and The Gulch. Concerns: Had to go around an close all windows due to them being left unlocked and slightly ajar before we got there. The kitchen area had two very soft spots in the floor where it feels like the base beneath the finished floor has given wayWould definitely stay here again!

Kind of difficult to rate. We had issues, but he was able to fix them pretty quick so that was good. Would be ideal there was soap/shampoo in the showers. Everything else was good.

We were in town for a sports tournament and stumbled upon this amazing VRBO right near the sports complex. It was super convenient and also close to all the best food and entertainment spots. The VRBO had everything a family could ever need, no matter how long we were there. The host was super responsive and easy to talk to, and they made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Solid 7/10. Great for large groups, plenty of beds (that are actually really comfy!!). Very simple place that was a good home base for a busy weekend. Would not recommend for a longer stay (small kitchen, some issues with maintenance of the space) but everyone in the group thought it was a great value for the purpose of our trip. Nice to find a place big enough for everyone close to downtown.

Clean and comfortable house, perfect for a weekend and large group. About 15 minutes to broadway which is convenient. Essentials provided though you might want to bring few extras. Communication with host was smooth and helpful.
