Baby shower glam

Multiple family/friends traveling from out-of-state for baby shower. This spacious rental was a perfect setting; spacious, clean, great communication, grocery delivery option, and within walking distance/short uber ride to venture out on excursions. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful property and just as advertised! Great communication from the management group and they even hung birthday sign and a few balloons when they found out we had a birthday in our group. Would definitely recommend!

Great Bachelorette Party!

The stay minty location was awesome! It was large enough for 12 of us in a bachelorette party. It's in a great location and you can get fabulous pictures on the rooftop! It was clean, safe area, and close to downtown! It would have been awesome to have more towels and hangers. The beds are comfortable as well! We are a group in our 30s & 40s so being comfortable is important.

Amazing Stay

Our family booked a weekend in Nashville for Christmas shopping and the Titans game Sunday afternoon. This was an amazing property, and a great location, with all the amenities guests could ask for during their stay. Shopping and restaurants were just a few blocks away in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely do this again next year.! Thank you for the incredible weekend. Your communication was great from start to finish. Highly recommended.!!

Great Location, Loved the Hot Tub and LR

Less than 10 minute walk to The Gulch, quick Lyft rides everywhere else. Loved the living room and deck for hanging out. Comfortable beds. Would have preferred a coffee pot instead of only a Keurig single cup option. Rug at top of stairs to dry wet feet from hot tub would be helpful to prevent slipping!

Great Location and Property

Location of this property was ideal if you’re looking for something quiet yet close to all the main attractions. Communication with the property managers was always prompt and we were able to check in a little early as well. Property itself was great only a couple areas of improvement but nothing that was a deal breaker. There was a piece of molding at the base of one of the stairs that was not attached so we kept tripping on it and a few other minor fixes that could be addressed. Bathroom flooring and the rug in the living room also could use a real deep cleaning. Also not all rooms have a tv like the listing states. Our group didn’t mind but would recommend updating the listing. All in all would definitely stay here again.

Guys Trip

Me and 7 buddies from high school all had a blast for our 60th birthday! Great location. Several bars and restaurants with on walking distance. Broadway is about a 15-20 minute walk - but several bars etc to stop in in the way. Condo was great! No issues and the A/C was COLD! Hottub and rooftop - all good! Would recommend.

Our group of 12 adults had a great time at this location. Accessible to Music Row, The Gulch and a short ride to Broadway made the location ideal. It provides plenty of space for all to enjoy. The roof top adds an unexpected hangout with great views of Nashville. Communication was frequent and easy with the Stay Minty staff!

Fun time with friends

A group of 8 of us stayed here to celebrate our milestone birthdays and this wonderful place did not disappoint! There was plenty of space and a great layout. We also loved the rooftop and hot tub! The location is also great, close enough to walk to everything but with a little distance to have some peace and quiet, too. We highly recommend it!
