Nice Place But NOT Walking Distance

Place is nice - about a 5 to 8 Lyft ride into downtown. Walking is about 45 minutes if you are young and spry. Bed was comfortable, it's a great place to lay your head at night. Highly recommend Assembly Food Hall downtown!

Nice place

The unit was new and comfortable. The bed and couch were comfy and the kitchen had all new appliances. The shower was beautiful. The location was right in the river on the second story. Great view to watch the boats go by. Only a $7 Uber ride to Broadway. The bedroom had a desk for makeup and hair so someone else could be in the bathroom at the same time. We would stay there again!

Perfect for walking access to Downtown Nashville

This was our first time in Nashville and I have to say this condo was perfect for what we needed. We were able to get a real feel for the city because we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were even able to hop on the Downtown Trolley Tour easily because one of the stops was close enough to walk to. The farmer's market is also close and it was an easy walk to get to Broadway. We really enjoyed the view of the river. The condo was recently updated and was super comfortable. We appreciated the king mattress! We would definitely stay again on future trips if we had the opportunity.

Weekend Trip with Friends!

Great apartment for a short visit to Nashville! One of the cleanest places we've ever rented. Easy check-in, very responsive host, plenty of coffee and sugar, as well as toiletries. Comfy bed and excellent shower. We would've liked a few extra towels for hair washing, but we made it work. This unit doesn’t have a washer/dryer, some do. Lovely view of the rover from the balcony. No issues with late night noise for a place with so many units. Easy uber tide downtown (average cost $25.) Also walkable to printers Alley and downtown, approx. 25 mins. The free parking was a huge bonus! Definitely somewhere we would rent again. Highly recommend.

Conviently located.

The property was in a great location and close to everything. For the downside, the host never responded to my initial questions on my booking email. Was rude when I asked about the location refering to a link they sent. Howver you cannot click or copy the link. So it was not easy to do when driving. Lastly, the laundry facility was not in the condo. Not what was on the booking. This meeds to be driving.
