The property is beautiful. Check-in was easy. Property is clean and well-stocked. It’s the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the city life. It was secluded yet close enough to things like downtown Franklin and Nashville.

We LOVED our stay at Lyric, and had the most relaxing and wonderful time! The home was spotless, extremely comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. This property is beautiful and the location is amazing. It is close to Leipers Fork and Franklin. The owner Megan is so welcoming and communication was excellent. We can’t wait to return!

This property was great….you all have thought of everything! I use VRBO a lot and have to say that I haven’t stayed at any place as well stocked with all of ones needs and more! The extra bonus items were well thought out…Doggy things, s’mores and all the choices of teas! Also stocked bathrooms with all of the items you need! If I were to make a suggestion, maybe check the duct work in Bedroom to the right of the back deck! When the air conditioner kicks on it makes a terrible, loud noise….we checked the other bedrooms and no noise! Still would stay again, it was great!

Cozy meets beauty at Lyric!

As a multiple-time guest at Lyric, it never disappoints! The minute you walk into the house you know are in for something special. Very well furnished and decorated, plenty of space for families or multiple couples, and a beautiful setting in the Franklin/Leipers Fork area...what else can you ask for?! We have rented multiple properties over the years from SouthboundStays and each stay is a treat. Megan is a first-class host, and her communication and attention to detail keeps us coming back. Amazing home with great views and amenities

6 adults and a toddler were very comfortable in this home. The space is well thought out and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. It was wonderful having an attached bathroom in each room, and king beds! Highly recommend this home for a secluded getaway.
