Son’s birthday

We were very pleased with this unit. We found it very clean and in a quiet golfing neighborhood. We had a great view of the golf course and pond from the back porch. We were particularly pleased with the communication with the property manager. We had a couple of minor issues that were handled successfully in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was only a short 20 ish minute drive to broadway and was in a safe neighborhood. Only 4 stars because the property was extremely dusty and our car ended up having a dent in it from a stray golf ball which of course is not the owners fault. Overall great view and great location

Business Stay

Easily accessible to Gaylord Convention Center. There is a small amount of early morning traffic congestion due to a school that’s located about 1.5 miles from the townhouse. Townhouse is located in a very pretty area. Can hear golfers in the early morning talking and planes leaving the airport. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings which is very shaded. Kitchen is well stocked. Location was not as quiet as I had anticipated but overall a very pleasant experience.

Pool access is advertised as included in amenities. Stayed all week and did not receive a working key to locked pool, despite communications with Vacasa all week. It really put a damper on our vacation. Neither VRBO or Vacasa could help resolve the matter during our stay, which felt like a lack of access to amenities included with the reservation. Small discount was offered by Vacasa (under 100). The homeowner had to email the HOA to request a key. All of this took more time to deal with than expected and I did not receive a working key to the included amenities listed as part of the reservation. Unfortunately, many communications took place in effort to address this matter, which took time away from my vacation. This property could definitely be cleaner, as previously indicated in other reviews. The unit was dusty, had spots on the carpet, trash under one bed, and an odorous bathroom. I hope the above concerns can be improved for future guests because the rental is in a beautiful location by the golf course, overlooking a pond. It's a nice sized townhouse in a complex that felt safe.

Great long weekend!

We had 2 couples traveling together to watch the Packers play and take in some Nashville sites. The location was perfect with a quick 20 minute Uber to Broadway and yet far enough away from Broadway to find less crowded restaurants. We found a hidden gem called the Game Terminal which is fun for all ages! Went to Belle Meade Winery, Martins BBQ, and spent a good amount of time downtown. The condo served our needs well. Very clean, comfortable beds. My only comment would be that each room only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a 3 night stay. Looked for extra washcloths but found none. A couple more would be great. Otherwise all was great!

Peaceful, easily accessible

We arrived to find nothing had been cleaned or beds not made, garbage not removed. Contacted Rose who was delightful and arranged to get everything taken care of. We finally checked into the rental 4 hours late. However, none of the carpets had been cleaned and the stair carpet really could use some attention. We used the vacuum to improve the cleanliness. They did give us some compensation. Once situated, the place was very peaceful and everything that we needed. Easy to access downtown Nashville, Franklin, and Columbia. Thank you.
