Perfect Location

This property was clean and within walking distance to downtown Nashville/Broadway. We loved the pool and the covered parking and we will definitely visit again

Just as advertised. Worked perfect.

We have no complaints. The maintenance guy stopped by one time to tell us that the unit above us may have had trouble that might affect us just as a precaution, but it never did. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Nashville area.

Nashville stay

Cute place along the river. The neighborhood is just ok, a little noisy at night. A couple blocks away it’s a lot nicer. Very close to Sounds Stadium.

Great Girls getaway!

Spent 4 nights, scootered to Nissan Stadium to see Ed Sheeran, walked to Broadway, Farmers Market, Germantown, Explored Music Row, The Gultch on the trolley. Great time! Great location.

Anniversary trip to Nashville

Property was close to everything but neighborhood was a little sketchy. Bed was super comfy and we enjoyed the view of the river.

Great location

Great location to Broadway & all you'd want to do around town. Close to some sketchy areas but I think that could be said for anywhere. Only 2 blocks away from the minor league baseball field too! We enjoyed a short walk over to catch a game, and they do a firework show on Friday nights after the game. We would definitely stay here again.

It was ok.

When we got here the lock did not work. It also stopped working again later in the day. The location was nice. It was a fairly loud unit. Not well insulated so was woken early every day by people upstairs. The couch was not comfortable to sit in at all. Also there were a cray about do fruit flies.

Good if you aren't spending much time here.

Overall great place to stay. Close to everything and far enough away as well. Lots of construction noise starting at 630am. The chairs/sofa in the living room are not comfortable-never tried the pullout bed. Musty smell when we arrived that went away or we got used to if. Great covered overhang for parking. Pool was nice. 3 story location--this unit is on the 2nd story and there are no elevators. Would probably stay again

Nice condo!

This is a great location when staying in Nashville. Close enough to walk multiple places and easy access if driving. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Condo was exactly as pictured and we found it very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with supplies. And I have never stayed in a vacation rental that offered toiletries like hotels do. Thought that was a very nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway with my wife. Enjoyed the close proximity to Lower Broadway and all of the other attractions. Wifi was a little sketchy and had to use our own streaming service to watch television but not a big deal since we were out and about most of the time. Definitely will return in the future. Go Iowa Hawkeyes.

Nice riverfront condo

The condo was decorated nicely. The location was close to Broadway, only a short walk away. There is construction to the road currently but it didn't cause any noise or problems for getting around. The neighborhood felt safe even at 3 am.

It was ok

Overall our stay was ok. A cute small suite, decorated fairly well. The suite was pretty clean, however had a strong mildew smell, and a couple minor issues such as; a broken handle on the shower, the curtain rod over the sliding door was pulled almost completely out and a kitchen cabinet door was missing. A few small issues, but fixing them could make a bit of an impact on a guest’s impression and experience.

The property has some structural and cosmetic issues, including (very) dirty floors, warped/uneven flooring, and stained ceilings from leaks. Although decorated well, the pictures on VRBO are much older, probably when the place was new.

Needs attention

The curtain rod over the sliding door is coming out of the wall, the cabinet over the toilet in the RR is also pulling out of the wall. Overall the place is good, but attention to detail is needed in several areas. Also providing paper towels is kind of an essential….. and there were none. The silverware was horrible! The forks bent and the knives wouldn’t cut butter!

Review

Found a white dirty sock in bed on first night from prior use. Suggest that someone looks at toilet it fills back up like every 15 minutes for about 10 seconds. It is pretty loud. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to help with noise. We were unable to locate dumpsters for trash disposal, suggest information be put in check info. Other than these two very minor issues everything was great.
