Good stay at the townhouses. 2nd floor shower in 27 didn’t drain right and the tv in living room regularly turned off and said we weren’t signed in. Maybe add ceiling fans in the master. Overall a good stay

Nice for big groups. Location is close to downtown Nashville, but not in an area safe to walk around. Water pressure for showering is not the best on the top floors, otherwise besides that a pleasant experience.

A great place for a large group

We celebrated my daughters 30th with a group of family and friends and the property was perfect for our Nashville stay. The decor is so cute and fun and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with the master bathroom showers (no water pressure in one and the tub didn’t drain in the other). The gate to leave the property as a pedestrian was a little tricky. Overall a positive experience!

Our overall stay here was great it was perfect for the amount of people we had. We had some small issues with the tv but the hosts responded quick and helped fix the problem easily.

Great Communication

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was a great place for a big group of people, having two houses allowed space for those who wanted to get away. Had a little trouble with wifi and check in, but thanks to the great communication we were able to get on it. I would highly recommend to those considering

Boogie Nights

A step back in time with the decor and the title is a perfect description. It is a gated area and we felt safe walking our pups around even at night. This property is 3 stories with the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The kitchen is beautiful. If you plan to cook a large and full meal it would be wise to bring a few of your personal cookware. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery though. The living room furniture is nice and the TV is hugh. Overall, we had a great time.

I enjoyed our stay at this property! It was enough beds and space for everyone. The only thing I did not enjoy is that the property only gave 1 set of towels per guest. They also did not have a fully stocked kitchen for guests that actually use the kitchen during the stay. The internet barely worked. Myself and my friends wear make up so better lightning would have been great throughout the house experience in the bedrooms with the queen size bed! Overall, our stay was great and the house was nice.

Birthday Weekend

An updated, clean, secure property. It is spacious and allowed our group to easily spread out. I wished the windows all had better coverings for privacy purposes and to block the light in the mornings.

Wonderful!

The place was beautiful, and clean. The property manager was easy to contact and dealt with any of my concerns quickly. We had an absolutely wonderful time and would recommend to anyone. The boogie nights theme was so much fun and actually inspired us to dress up in 70s attire one of the nights during our stay. I would love to return again someday!
