Family & friends weekend

The property was very clean & accurately described in the app. The neighborhood was clean & safe. The outdoor area was well done, we would spend more time in this space in a warmer season. We very much enjoyed the property & would definitely stay here again!

Best stay

The location was great in Germantown. Local pizza DeSano's and China One were fabulous! The rooms were very spacious, everthing was clean and well kept. Love the extra options available, stocked refrigerator, personal chef! All ages were entertained here. Will stay at Avantstays for future bookings!
