I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights

Do not stay at this hotel stinky dirty old poor housekeeping, water leak, no ice, no water bottle refill station, no hot water, slider door doesn't work, noisy ac, toilet broke, poor communication, had to ask daily for shampoo, toilwels etc.

The best part about my stay at this property was the caring and friendly staff and access to the Atlantis. Otherwise, the property lacks views (my room was facing the back of the property and there was constant humm of the next property's giant AC and garbage pick up right underneath my window at 7 am each day). The breakfast was very bland with the same mix of foods for 6 mornings straight. Both spaces where the breakfast was served were very overcrowded in peak hours of 8-10 am, with not enough tables to sit every family, not enough staff to bring in more food and coffee, to monitor if there were clean plates and cutlery available, and to take away the dirty dishes that clients had no where to pile up but to leave on their tables, with line ups first to get food, then to find a clean table. My advise, if you're not there at 7 am for your breakfast, it won't be enjoyable. Dinners at the property were alright, but service was slow at times and food was often too salty. I will not be coming back to this particular spot.

Staff were all extremely friendly. Rooms were clean. We arrived very early on the day of check-in and were offered a hospitality room to change and storage for our bags. Major issue was that the hallway ceiling was leaning on 5th floor where were staying. They had garbage cans lined up to collect the drips and the hallway smelled super musty the whole stay. Repair man was fixing on our last day and seemed to be removing the pieces of the ceiling and re-mudding. Restaurant was mediocre , complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Access to Atlantis was great.

We had three room locations. First room smelled of mold and had tiny parasites/worms that came out of the toilet when it was flushed. Second room had water leaking through the vent above our toilet when it rained. Our hallway was lined with four big garbage cans that were filled to capacity. We then relocated to our third room. Staff were understanding and tried to accommodate but the hotel was at full capacity.

Check in was not pleasant- staff greeting was EXTREMELY WELCOMING but being welcomed & smiled at while waiting 45 minutes to check in was frustrating. Many people have commented on smells- we had an odour from our bathroom but was tolerable. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL- welcoming, polite, helpful & certainly go above & beyond. Breakfast was the reason for our stay and it is definitely delivered. It’s close proximity to Atlantis is definitely worth the stay.

Comfort Suites was overall very positive. Very friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant and dining area. Breakfast was an excellent addition. The option to do laundry was also useful. Only two things to note, lineups to get daily wristbands to Atlantis were generally long (not the fault of the Comfort Suites but it was usually 25 mins) and there were some issues with inconsistent water pressure.

Location is good, right beside Atlantis. Budget hotel. Hallway carpet smells mold. Room is clean. They give a plate of fresh fruits while check in which very thoughtful. Breakfast is nice we loved it! They also give wristbands to Atlantis so you can enjoy there for free including free towels.

If you need to check in later beware that they're eager to give away your room so they can pocket the charge and mark you as a no show. I emailed and called and had them note that our travels will have us checking in late. When we arrived with my child, they refused to allow us to check in and said despite me showing them my email and us calling that it was a no show. Thank goodness we were able to join my sister at Atlantis anyway but the lack of service or attempt to help was appalling and made this property feel like a 1 star. Stay away!

Pros: Clean property in a great location. It was very easy to walk to Aquaventure at Atlantis. The hotel restaurant was very good. The pool has a very nice swim up bar. Cons: The bathroom tub faucet was leaking hot water and steaming the bathroom the entire time of our stay. We asked multiple times for the staff to look at this issue but it was not addressed. The overall experience was good and I think the included breakfast and access to aquaventure make it a good value which I would recommend.
