"Nice place, comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms. You don’t need to take any transport to visit the places, everything is within walking distance (max. 20 min. Walking) One thing that you should know is that there is no lift and the place is quite noisy till 12am. "

"The entire property was extremely well cared for with lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds , a terrific view from patio. We spent wonderful afternoons in the great pool. Marco’s mother was our very kind & thoughtful host. We thank her. The road up to the home is narrow, winding & very curvy about .5 mile "

"From the moment we arrived Alberto was fantastic and very helpful. Alberto, Carlos and Alberto’s mum provided a fantastic Sicilian feast on the first night and catered for one of the party who has a nut allergy. The villa is lovely and the pool, grounds were perfect. It is a little tricky getting to and from the villa with the car but quickly got used to it. This was the perfect relaxing part of our Sicilian holiday. Already planning a return. Grazie!!"

"Not for the overweight. Very narrow stairs and a shower cabinet opening of only 12 inches. No corkscrew or kettle. Guests are required to wash dishes before leaving and take out garbage despite having to pay a hefty cleaning fee. Nice apartment though and just around the corner from the wonderful and cheap La Brace restaurant.hefty cleaning fre"

"Alessandra and her family are so kind and gracious! We loved their home and their willingness to offer recommendations. It was perfect for the two of us and would accommodate another person/couple with the sofa bed. The closet space throughout the home was plentiful. We would definitely stay again "

"Great accommodation located in the very heart of the city, which allowed us to visit all the main monuments within a walking distance of 10 minutes. Teo and Rossella have been the best hosts, always smiling and warm welcoming. 10/10 absolutely recommended!"

"The air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was large and bright, very clean and attractively appointed. The street in front of the hotel was always extremely dirty with trash and the walking surfaces are in extremely bad condition. The hotel staff is excellent and attentive, the breakfast service was generous and of a high quality. Everyone was very gracious. I would say the only down side was perhaps the large tour groups that congested the lobby."

"My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs, the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking Margarita the hotel room keeper was always happy to see us, she was always in a great mood.overall the next time we go we will always stay at Hotel Bel-3 Thank you we had a great stay at your hotel and will tell our friends too!"
