We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Right on the beach. Just walk across the boardwalk and you are on the beautiful, sandy beach. The condo was spacious, clean and had all we could need. Would stay here again. Loved seeing the dolphins from the large balcony and sea turtle’s swimming near the pier.

Wonderful setup. The kid’s room is away from the balcony. Fully stocked and wonderful accommodation. Only recommendation would be to update some of the features such as the bathrooms and remove carpet in bedrooms. Also, the gate to the beach didn’t work properly (no fault of the property owner—just something we observed). Overall, great location and setup and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved the facility, the condo was so nice. Loved everything about it. We had 4 kids and 4 adults and had a wonderful time. No issues at all.

Great location but the unit itself could use some updating. The master with carpet has multiple stains. Toilets didnt flush well sometimes and had to wait 5-10min for them to fill back up. Overall had a good vacation but probably would look at a different unit. We ha e stayed in the building multiple times.

The management company (Pensacola Beach Properties) was great! The view from the condo was beautiful! However, the condo itself was rundown - long overdue for simple repairs and in desperate need for paint! The cheap plastic exterior lounge chairs and interior table were broken, and the curtains were torn. Couches were stained and the unit itself was not clean (rugs not vacuumed, tables dirty, juice splatter on wall, hair on bathroom floor and in shower...). Basic starter supplies were only partially provided. That said - the management company was very apologetic and responded immediately upon us contacting them. They sent the cleaning person back to do a proper cleaning and bring the starter supplies. They also sent a very nice person from the management company to look at the damaged furniture and curtains - he did the best he could to repair the curtains, but indicated the owner of the condo would need to replace the broken furniture. It would be a great place to stay if it was upgraded!

Perfect for our family. The 11th floor view was amazing. We saw dolphins and stingrays almost every morning. Sunrises and sunsets. Very well appointed. Beds were all very comfortable. The built in ice maker was a plus! We never had to buy ice! Our family of 6 were very comfortable there.
