「The hotel is very modern, clean and have the best view to the pyramids. The room was large and very modern designed with chairs and coffee table ( delux double room on. The 5 floor) Excellent location to go to see the new museum. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Airport shuttle was helpful with nice new big car. We are already 4 x in Egypt and it was the best hotel we were in. We will come again.」

「I couldn’t have asked for a better first trip to Cairo. Right from the start, the staff made check in super easy, and setting up the airport ride took all the stress out of arriving. Saif and Abdul were amazing throughout my stay. They were so kind and attentive, always checking in and generously offering drinks and food. The Honeymoon Suite was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the hot water in both the shower and Jacuzzi was great. Plus, waking up to those direct pyramid views was incredible....

「카이로 공항에 밤 늦게 도착하여, 숙소에 새벽 2시경 도착했습니다. 늦게 도착했고, 숙소에 별다른 말을 안 해놨었는데도 짐 옮겨주시는분이 숙소 1층에서 기다려 주셨습니다. 여기 호텔이 위치한 곳이 진짜 리얼 이집트 현지에 해가 지면 무서운 분위기여서 배려를 해주신거 같습니다. 호텔 들어가기 전까지는 의아해했는데 들어가고 나서부터는 대만족했습니다. 직원들도 매우 착하시고 늦은 시간까지 1층 및 프론트에서 기다려주셨고, 호텔 테라스에서의 피라미드 뷰가 아주 인상적이었습니다. 비록 늦게 도착하여 피라미드 야경은 못봤지만 아침에 본 피라미드의 광경은 아직도 기억에서 지워지지 않았습니다. 피라미드를 높은곳에서 구경하고 싶으면 이만한 숙소도 없을 것 입니다.」

Even though there was a confusion with our reservation we felt they did everything possible to make things better for us and they took us out to eat at 2 am to a special restaurant in Giza for one of the best local food experience we had.」

「Overall the hotel is clean, staff are polite and helpful, and the location is excellent. I stayed in Suite 501 and Room 401, both clean and comfortable. In Suite 501, the curtains are short and do not block light properly the room remains bright and cannot be fully darkened for rest. Also, the TV is placed in a very awkward position, and the door lock needs repair it is difficult to lock and unlock properly with the key. Breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection was very limited and...
