"Great room, lobby and view! Only issue was a 9am cleaning lady opening our door while we slept when we were checking out at 11am. No idea why they would think we want our room cleaned two hours before we check out "

"We had a wondering time at Hiltion Magnificent Mile. That being said, the front of the building was getting work done and there was scaffolding present. This did not bother us much. Also, the pool was under remodeling. Again, this did not bother us much. One last thing to note is that the hotel has rooms with double "twins" instead of double "queens". We were traveling with a 8 year old an a 2 year old so the double queens would have helped. Alternatively, we could book 2 rooms next time. "

"Great hotel but very disappointed with the breakfast. The English muffins were extremely dry and old. Inedible! Many flies also in the breakfast dining area."

"One of the most dog friendly hotels we stayed at on our cross country trip! This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and will stay again the next time we’re in Chicago. Even with the required $100+ resort fee added to our nightly stay (Which includes a breakfast buffet, cocktail vouchers and dinner discount per person) it was still less than competing hotels near the magnificent mile downtown. We appreciated the welcome bag with 6 bottles of water at check in as well! Very spacious rooms with great views! Note: For my fellow exhibitionist, you’ll enjoy the view and GIANT window right in front of the bed too! I’ll leave the rest to your imagination! "
