Brilliant location for walking, nice and peaceful.

We had a wonderful Christmas break at Three Rivers Cottage, and the location is excellent for getting out into the countryside with your family and dogs. The cottage is very cosy and comfortable and we had a great welcome from the owners, which included a Christmas tree in the living room, flowers & wine in the kitchen. All the rooms are clean, the bedding and linens were freshly laundered. We were able to cook a full Christmas dinner in the well organised kitchen without any difficulties and the dining table is a great place to get together at the end of a long day of exploring the beautiful area. We saw lots of wildlife, including a rare glimpse of a bat, and heard owls at night. Recommend the cottage to nature lovers, and walkers for a rewarding break. We had a lovely relaxing break and when it was time to leave we all felt sorry but also refreshed after our 4 nights. Three Rivers Cottage is a real opportunity to spend some quality time with your family and friends.

Comfortable, well equipped cottage, everything we needed for a holiday base. Several good walks from the cottage (although I felt that the instructions to find them would have been easier with a map.) The home is a middle terrace property, however we rarely heard anything from the neighbours and once inside the house, did not feel overlooked. A stairgate would have been useful to ensure the dog couldn't get up stairs. I would definitely stay at this home again.

When we first arrived bit disappointed it wasn't a cottage it was a mid terraced house.

When we first arrived bit disappointed it wasn't a cottage it was a mid terraced house.but once inside it was really comfy all round.superb location only yards from waterfall trails.to be honest it's one of those places you only go once.once you've seen it all you've seen it if you know what I mean.good pubs in walking distance.

Three rivers cottage is perfect if you enjoy the outdoors great walks on your doorstep we had two 8 year old very active boys with us and three dogs there is so much to see and do , the cottage itself was very comfortable and the neighbours are lovely an excellent choice for a family holiday

Great location.

Great location..easy to get to numerous waterfalls, local pubs and walks into the hills. Local village about half hour walk has everything else you might or might not need. Door handle fell off and they hadn't cleaned behind the sofas. This is a mid terrace house not a traditional cottage which might be why there is no outside picture. Garden in front is a brilliant suntrsp but would benefit from more chairs.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much. Many little details have been thought of to make the stay comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was fab with everything you could need. The heating system is very efficient - house was cold to very comfortable in about 15 mins. Washing machine and dishwasher brilliant. Beds very comfy and bedding and towels like new. The bathroom shower has excellent pressure and great hot water supply. The WIFI was very good 99.9% of the time, was able to watch NOW tv on ipad fine. Sky box provided was ok still, but just with standard package which is to be expected so we brought our own which was our choice for the children which wasn't a problem for us at all. So close to Dinas Rock and walk to waterfalls. Great choice of local pubs in easy walking distance away. Excellent quality food from pubs and local takeaways. EVERYONE WE TALKED TO WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Very quiet and peaceful setting.

The cottage is in an excellent location for walks, waterfalls, show caves and many places of interest. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you could possibly need for a lovely home from home holiday. The owner was on hand in case we had any problems so she could sort them quickly for us but we didn't need to bother her as everything was perfect and I would definitely book this cottage again.
