"This place is so old and dirty. We asked to move rooms because the clock and chairs were stained. The sheets looked slept in. The second room was all dusty. I was afraid to touch anything. But the sheets were clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff were super helpfull though when dealing with the issues. "

"Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was great, bar was great, and the complementary breakfast was sooooo good. Didn’t taste like the typical comp breakfast. And the man who was making the omelettes was singing his absolute heart out by himself and I loved it, haha. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in Syracuse :) "

"We had an adjoining door between us and the next room (not something we requested). The people next door who we didn't know were talking on the phone and we could hear the whole conversation. We finally put pillows on the floor to block the bottom and side of the door - that helped some. We didn't request another room or anything and the neighbors went to bed about the time we did. Luckily. I booked this hotel because of strong reviews about the breakfast. However, besides the waffle irons, breakfast was nothing special."
