Boston Needham Bowlaway Hotels

"Hotel was a mixed bag. It is located literally on top of the highway. Not a relaxing view. The room sadly had dirty windows, dirty toilet (!), but the rest seemed clean enough. There was one 3" tall drawer, a wardrobe to hang items, and two shelves. Made it impossible to unpack. The staff was friendly and courteous, but it all seemed quite disorganized. When we arrived, the key card system was down, so the staff was processing customers partially while waiting for the system to come up. Had to wait 15 minutes for resolution. While settling into our room, someone knocked on our door. A staff member opened the door during the 20 seconds it took me to reach it. The staff member was very apologetic, but it didn't inspire a lot of confidence about privacy. While parking is an extra $20 a day, the garage was very easy to manage coming and going mutliple times a day. All-in-all, it was fine, but we'll find another place to stay around Boston."

"The hotel is a little tired. However, I understand they are getting a light refresh this summer. When going to bed, I pulled my sheets back to see a dirty snot laden fitted sheet. OMG! They gave me new sheets, but after receiving the correct size, I had to remake the bed myself. "

"Rooms very clean, bar tender was the best! Food was okay. Parking is free and plenty. Room couldn’t cool down enough and the shower floor leaked."
