"The style of the Malmaison hotels is something I love. Very comfortable rooms, staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location brilliant, restaurant food was excellent. The only let down was the service in the bar, absolutely loved the decor and ambience there but service was very slow, tables not cleared of glasses, spoiled the experience "

"You must stay at this hotel! Not only is the location absolutely perfect, the room is so smartly designed and the beds were so comfortable. The decor was absolutely fantastic as well. Despite its location, the hotel was very quiet. The staff were super wonderful and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for food and drink along with some fun history about Edinburgh (shout out to Martin). Would stay here again 10/10"

"Amazing view, terrace was well-kept and clean. The lighting modes (especially the mood lighting setting) was superb. The bathroom was clean and had a luxurious and modern look to it. The automated curtains and complimentary glass bottles of water were a fantastic touch to the experience. The rooftop bar and other lounges were posh and had a good vibe. The location was near to the train station and the downtown area, not too far from the various tourist attractions. "
