“Great location for where I was working and Very clean and tidy. The room was small but its a single and has everything you need. the owners where on hand if you require anything. there is a very good local food pub 5 mins walk away. more if you want to drive or items form the village shop also run by the owners if you prefer.”

“Building is a bit run down but bedroom and bed was very comfortable indeed. Staff friendly, great breakfast too. Central location adjacent to Selby Abbey.”

“Catherine is a wonderful hostess, the place is clean and comfortable and beautifully presented. The farm is in the middle of nowhere but within short distances to villages with pubs or the park and ride to take you to York. The room had everything we needed and it was spacious, the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee provided with fresh milk available in the kitchenette. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order and was delicious, nothing was too much trouble. One of my favourite B&B’s ever, I can’t……

“I had an excellent experience. The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems. The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception. The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm. It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available. The Wi-Fi wasn’t lightning-fast, but it was sufficient—I even managed to host a phone meeting one morning. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable and clean.
