「A lovely escape for my partner and me! We enjoyed a really peaceful stay, just what we needed to recharge together. Can't recommend it enough!」

「A well situated property in a quiet location in the south of San Jose. Sufficiently clean and plenty of space for a family of four. Good value, and a solid jumping off point from the South Bay.」

「We had such a wonderful stay with Todd and Kate! They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was just as described. We truly appreciated their hospitality and how easy and pleasant they made the whole experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for everything!」

「'Staff at reception were helpful while respecting our desire for low-key privacy keeping things easy going throughout our trip.'」

「Such a wonderful stay! Walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. The owners thought of absolutely everything! We appreciated the coffee, the snacks, the waters and beverages, the extra towels and even the magnifying mirror. Clear communication too. Very quiet and a cute little private yard.」

「He is an AMAZING host went above and beyond for me and my friends would book again 」

「We had a wonderful stay on a long couples weekend. The hosts were terrific and easy to communicate with. Like any non-chain, there were a few nuances of the property we had to figure out but overall we were very pleased with our stay. Would recommend!」

「The hosts were very friendly and very welcoming, if I had any issues they were very quick to help out. I would definitely stay here again!」

「You get what you pay for. The room was very hot and the fans were squeaky and loud, so we couldn’t watch TV because we couldn’t hear it and the host actually texted us to turn it down. There was little parking at all hours since the unit is next to a school and apartments. The coffee maker in the room was dusty and there was still a used pod in there, the dishes had random hair and dust, and the britta filter was also very dusty. A lot of random things were dirty, but the linens were clean and...

「The worst experience I have ever had. I couldn't believe the condition of this room. The moment we opened the door, we were hit with a horrible smell. The floors were filthy, and the beds were disgusting. The blankets had red lipstick stains, also what looked like spilled juice, and hair all over them. There were also multiple gray, yellow, and white stains on the bedding. The room itself was in terrible condition. The phone was out of place, the walls had yellow stains, and both the...

「Super helpful staff made my stay easy!」

「Good value. Quiet street. Large space. Older feel. No problems.」

「Nice apartment. Gracious hosts. Easy walking distance to Winchester Mystery House and a shopping center. Parking was great and there were extra blankets, although a few extra pillows would have made it even better. Hosts were super communicative and recommended excellent eating choices.」

「Comfortable stay.No issues.」

「I had an amazing stay. It was clean, spacious and welcoming. I will be back!」

「I can’t say this was inaccurate to the description (because there was no picture of the bed...) but certain things you just take for granted, like a nice comfortable, clean bed. The bed was a chaise lounge with a sheet set that was not clear if it was recently used or if it just didn’t fit the “mattress”. The “bed” was right next to a window that had a leak and it was cold and wet. This particular night was high winds and a LOT of rain, and Th e small cadet heater and portable heater were...
