「住宿體驗很好 飯店服務人員態度極為親切。但是在飯店的餐廳點了米飯不熟的壽司。跟餐廳反應時 只得到“主廚是都是這樣煮的，沒有問題”。 很遺憾 得不到適當的處理」

「1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「Such a beautiful location. Stayed in room 168 in the overwater bungalows and it was fantastic! Beautiful water, turtles outside our room everyday. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were able to snorkel and kayak. Had options for waterboarding, jet skiing and water bikes too. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Rest of the food was ok, nothing crazy given the price. Staff were lovely but did seen short staff and overwhelmed at peak times which was a shame to see. Had...
