"As a previous guest of the Sage, I recommended it to my travel group and heard no complaints. The breakfasts were hearty and front desk staff was very helpful. The shuttle driver was more than accommodating in transporting us to the Plaza. Would recommend it again for location, convenience, and reasonable pricing."

"I got there early and waited in lobby when it was time for check in they were so lost.Then I found a cockroach in my bathtub and outside my room door.Went outside in evening for a small walk around hotel and there was cockroaches everywhere.Very disappointed in hotel.Ate at Gardunos Restaurant in hotel they got out orders wrong 3 times we were starving so just finally kept order they were really rude"

"We had an issue with the outside sliding door but it was handled quickly. The breakfast could have been better with the addition of some sort of protein like eggs, bacon or sausage."

"Me and my family of 9 booked 2 hotel rooms. When arriving 5 hours later at checking in they told us we were not in the system. They had mentioned since we did not pay at the property directly they had given our rooms to their “members”. I was very disappointed and discouraged after this as this was suppose to be a fun and exciting experience for our daughter whom we were celebrating. So be aware."
