Welcome to your perfect getaway in beautiful New Port Richey! This inviting and well-appointed villa offers everything you need for a relaxing extended stay. Featuring two spacious bedrooms with cozy queen-sized beds and two modern bathrooms, comfort and convenience await you at every turn.

Whether you're escaping the cold or just looking for a peaceful retreat, you’ll enjoy central heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

Located in a serene and friendly community, this villa is ideal for those seeking a calm, extended vacation or a temporary home away from home. Please note: a minimum stay of 30 days is required. Application must be filled out for Seven Springs Villas Association to approve. Background check will be completed by the association for $150 fee.
