The apartment was barely habitable based on the managements inability to regulate the heat in the building.The apartment is tiny, the noise from the street is very loud and because we needed to keep the window open in the bedroom to address the excessive heat, the noise level was accentuated.Given the amount that we paid, the apartment was a complete rip off.
